Puzzle

It’s a puzzle to me

how I can have so many

missing pieces, yet still

be expected to piece my life

back together again. I didn't

dream the holes would say more

about me than the pieces did.

Wow. This is brilliant! I loved the way you 'pieced' this puzzle of a poem together. The holes and spaces do tell so much, don't they?

The holes would say more about me than the pieces did... How true that is

nobody listens to those holes anyway :)...

but seriously, I love this and yes, I too, have many gaps that speak volumes

Reminds me that the things that are not said are sometimes more important than what is said. Just like the holes might say more than the parts that are whole. Nicely expressed!

Yes, the rests, the spaces, are at least as much part of the music, the picture as the full parts.

Profound. The holes make it all more interesting, don't you think?

How powerful this piece is with its deceptively concise style that holds a world of meaning! I have deinitely learned that what people don't do or say can still speak volumes.

So glad you stopped by my page!
