Two Sides

I like to cook, but not clean up
Like to go out, but no fun dressing up
I’m a connoisseur of cheap wine
But alcoholism runs in my family.

He loves to ride his Harley, but knows the risks
Gets so much done, but can’t relax
He has a kind heart
So easy to take advantage of.

There’s always two sides to every coin
I think I will try - in the future
To concentrate on one side..head’s up!

Judy, I do like the idea of a 'heads up' philosophy of living! It is the BEST side of any coin.

You have the best heads up attitude of anyone I know, Judy.

Heads is the right side to look at. Your application of this idea to people is so "you." :-)

This is wonderful, Judy. I like both of the sides of both of you. I like to cook but not clean up, like to go out to eat but not dress up. Like your wonderful husband who is also your best friend, and likewise.

So much love and acceptance in this, Judy. Just makes me feel good to read it. Heads up indeed.

Wow, Judy - you really hit the "two sides to every coin" here. Nice writing. I can surely relate.
