Toothless Ache

Ache

deep hole.

Loss means pain.

It must be so

even if you are a tooth too far gone?

But why does the jaw, neck, eye, and head hurt?

In sympathy?

A drum beats..

miss you

tooth.

I can definitely feel your pain here, Judy.

This is an excellent poem, conveys deep loss. Good job with the double Tetractys. It seemed made for this poem.

Great Judy. Both concrete (ouch for your tooth) and more metaphorical about all kinds of loss. I like how you did the form as well. I will have to try this one as it looks easy to understand at least. (the form)
