I gaze outside my window, look for a bird, a squirrel. Hear a baby cry, maybe it was a cat. Look for the walker with Siberian Husky, late today, I wonder if she’s ok. I’m at my desk and wonder why I can’t produce one solitary poem.
I like the way this catches where you are, down to the woman with the Siberian husky and the frustration at having difficulty producing a poem. obviously you did it.

oh but you did and captured all the little things there and not...and where our mind wanders....i like squirrels...smiles.
Some days are like that, Judy. But we have to accept what is....and tomorrow is another day. Thanks for 'jamming' today.
Ah, writers block. There's a pill for that, but it doesn't work.
that's lovely.
you speak for me.
Love it, Judy!
Cute.
love this,
Happy Holidays.
I so know that feeling!
Thanks for commenting on my adverb poem. Merry Christmas, Judy!
A solitary poem, visual, wonderful.

I can so relate to this Judy! Lovely writing! :-)
You caught the "what in the world am I going to write today?" dilemma perfectly! Nicely done.
hehe - you just did, and a fine poem at that...
This makes me smile, Judy. Nice poem!
I can understand the feeling ~
Hope your Holidays are peaceful and joyful ~
I am so new to world of blogging. I like your approach to poetry ... it's the small things that matter.
Clever. Sometimes when we just observe, our muse returns.
some days feel that way...and there you did it none-the-less...that photo is magnificent!
I've had whole days like that. And they are not bad!
...I wonder if she's OK
I love poetry as it comes in all sizes, shapes and colors. From the complex to the simple. And the "I don't have a thing to write" category. :)
How did I miss this one Judy? You did indeed produce a solitary poem! It has a peaceful feeling and I love the photo of the leaf.
