Phone rings, it's my cell
Where is it, in my car!
No, it’s my home phone,
no, it must be my husband’s cell.
Ping! They must have left a text.
I just want to write on my laptop,
at least answer my email.
But I’ll use my IPAD so I can
catch the phones, too.
The door bell rings,
the dog barks, her collar sprays
water in her face so she will stop.
The phone rings again,
It’s not my cell, I'll get the door.
