oh yes, judy, i love this, perfect for this moment! well, here at my house there is the added din of small children running around right now. but still.
Raindrops on glass are beautiful. Even I like that 'visual meditation' bit. Kinda reminded me of how watching raindrops falling on glass is engrossing. Raindrops falling on metal is very pleasing to the ear too. The candle and the raindrops seem to be in sync with each other. Well written poem.
It's true. I cannot write in a bustled busy environment, but if you place me alone in silence with the sound of the raindrops on my window or nothing at all, my creativity flows onto the page. A brilliant poem I enjoyed reading that I truly connected with.
I love watching and listening to raindrops, Judy, and I love your poem. Also, not quite as meditative but still fun is watching the grandkids picking raindrops to see which one wins the race down the window.

Lovely,Judy - the "visual meditation" and the drops on the tin roof.......
I like the meditation quality of this poem and can hear and see the rain coming down. And the candle is the perfect touch.
Beautiful, Judy!

I like this portrait, mystic and delicately etched.
Judy, I love "visual meditation" - that so well describes the effect of watching water - that staring off into space that later turns into a poem.

Raindrops never cease to inspire - both in sight and sound.
Oh, how lovely! Raindrops against a window is such a soothing sight. Your beautiful descriptions made me wish I were right there in that scene! :)
This is one of the tightest, meaning packed pieces I've seen from you, Judy, and I LOVE it!Every single letter counts here.
