Hope

Hope exists even when the flame appears to be snuffed out.

There is a hidden ember in all of us that waits for the moment

when we think it’s over, then reignites . Our life takes on a new

dimension and we believe the promises of tomorrow again.

Judy, thanks for visiting me. This was so filled with exactly what the prompt asked for... hope. Clear, unequivocal - and that ember is indeed in us all. Thanks for the reminder.

This poem is so on the mark, If we don't have hope, what do we have? I think your writing exemplifies the point - and boy oh boy, is it ever needed right now.

I agree about the ember, but sometime I forget. Thank you for this one.
